What is ordering process?

a)  Client sends us purchase details(model, quality quantity, etc).

b)  Sales send P/I to client.

c)   Client pays the full amount, then receive S/C.

d)   Loading goods and all tested before shipment.

e)   Client receives products.

What quality do you offer? We have Original, OEM replacement glass, high copy quality; also have different levels based on dead pixels.
What are the accepted methods of payment? Full pay before shipment. With T/T, WesternUnion, Moneygram, Escrow, Paypal.
What’s the shipping for goods? In order to reduce the cost of customers, usually we send goods by express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS because we enjoy the member price to these cargo company.For large package, we will transport by air or by sea, just depending on the customer requirements. If customer has familiar cargo, we can send goods to the address you provided.
How can you offer a advantage price for good quality? We will give good price to new customer depend on the quality and quantity of lcd. And we will give the advantage price to our regular customer. 
What bulk orders discount? Depending on your amount, we will give you additional discount, please contact with our sales.
What volume of stock can you support? We have our own factory, six production lines, the daily production capacity up to 2K PCS.
Can we get free samples? No, but we warm welcome your trial order to test our quality.
How is packing?

We can offer two kinds of packing for customer as single chip packing and multi-chip packing. The packing pictures can be obtained from our sales.

What’s the warranty in your company? We will offer warranty for 12 months if there is some problems of quality. But if the problem is man-made, we will not change replacement.
How to deal with the return? We will check the return in 2 days. After checking, we will provide testing result to customer. Then we will send replacement in your next order.
Who will pay shipping cost for return? Buyer will pay the shipping cost.
How to take the risk during transportation? We would pay the bill 100% when goods were missed or detained by custom in China. But if goods were missed or detained by custom occurring in other country excepting China, buyers are responsible for loss.
